I first became aware of Doug by one of my band members Paul Povey who was having a PRS style guitar made, when he collected it and brought it to rehearsals I was amazed with the quality Doug had produced.

My thought then was I must have one made!!!!. So I made contact with Doug but didn't know exactly what i wanted except it being a Fender Jazz Bass sound. Doug offered ideas and colours etc and here you go, one beautiful piece of workmanship.

So many people compliment it when they see my bass on the wood and colour. Now I have a custom made one off bass which has all my requirements and in addition, my initials on the 12th fret to personalise it that bit more for the same money as a mass produced standard Fender.

What can I say....
